Back when the fisheries service in Illinois was trying to get rid of some top predator fish, they had an electric boat for shocking them. Should we bring it back?
Now there's an electric barrier for keeping Asian carp out of the Great Lakes, which means we're one power failure away from letting them in. Is there any way of making this more reliable?
Little genius...There are so many talented kids, it's so nice to watch them!
